  2.  @Jiang_ZeminCCP  go look at that brand new city in Myanmar. Very well done and 40 miles from the current capital. NOBODY moved. These rushed plans ALWAYS fail. Even china misses on it's brand new cities and they got 1.4 BILLION people. These poor people will not move
