That night could very well have been self defense. The interviewing detective noticed fresh bruises, yet on the witness stand she claimed he hit her with his gun and choked her that night, so why were there no marks on her face and neck during the interview? She lied in court about him hitting her with his gun and choking her to make him look worse than he already was. I totally believe he was abusive and a jealous person. Why would her friend and daughter say he was abusive if he wasn’t? His family are all liars making it sound like he’s this saint, unless they just had no clue about how he is toward woman.
