  1. I like to do follow ups on these cases. Marcus turned himself in in 2021 for sexual assault. First assault was May 9, 2021. She was a 12-year-old and he proceeded to rape her in her home. The second time was with the same girl on November 5, 2021 in which he displayed a knife while demanding the victim perform a sexual act on him upon completing the act, the individual fled the location. EMS responded and transported the victim to an area hospital where she received treatment for injuries consisting of lacerations to her arm. All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. So this investigation remains ongoing.
