  1.  @jakiyanyasiaa where is the proof she tried to brake? Are there skid marks on the street? Is there video somewhere of the skid marks? Has law enforcement stated there were tire marks? Why is there a witness who says “she went barreling into the truck” which means she didn’t brake to try and stop. For the front end of her car to be that far out of the other side of the truck means she didn’t brake. I’m so sorry for your loss. No one should ever have to go through that. This is very sad. Prayers to you and your family.

  2. That truck has reflectors on the side. Not hard to see! According to a witness, she barreled into it. She didn’t brake and didn’t try to swerve if she had done that she would’ve hit it sideways.

  3.  @oneone3983  it is 100% her fault. The police even said she was at fault. She never even tried to slow down because she was probably on her phone

  4. Check her phone and I bet we’ll find out as well as no tire marks from braking is my guess

Just get it in your head that she should’ve been paying attention and not be on her phone. Those reflectors on the side of the truck are there for a reason. When light shines on them they are reflective. Do you not know what reflective means? I suggest you look it up
