@100c0c I do not agree with the author of the thread about the national peculiarity of the mind, but I want to dilute the serious atmosphere with an anecdote: Three people fall into purgatory: a Russian, an American and a German. God tells them so:
— Whoever tells me a number that I do not know will go to Heaven.
The American called it a trillion, God said:
— I know and sent him to Hell.
The German called it a billion, God said:
"I know that, and I sent him to Hell, too.
The Russian thought about it and said: — F..k me!
God was surprised:
— I do not know such a number! And how much is it?
The Russian answers:
— And you ask the switchman on the railway.
God fulfilled his promise — he sent the Russian to Heaven, and he turned into a man and descended to Earth. I found a switchman, he comes up and asks:
— Listen, man, how much is it?
The switchman thought about it and said:
— Do you see the rails?
God:
— I see!
Switchman:
— Do you see the sleepers?
God:
— I see!
Switchman:
— So go and count the sleepers as you get tired and you swear - it will be WELL, F..K THEM! So that's only half of it.
