  1. Many of the instigators of this two years of madness will doubtless do their best to melt away into the background and do their best not to own this utter clusterf*ck. This was never JUST about covid, this was always about the nature of our democracies and how we are governed by our elected masters. If nothing else it has flagged up the fragilities (and now hopefully emerging strengths) of these systems and how easily they can be abused when under apparent duress.
