It's worth noting that those media outlets and Democrats commenting there are often referring to Trump's phone call to Zelensky trying to get the dirt on the Bidens under the veiled threat of withholding US aid. This is what led to his first impeachment. To be fair this was indeed shady behaviour but as events unfold and even the blind who WON'T see get their noses rubbed in the proverbial do do it's becoming increasingly obvious that Trump was barking up the right tree 100% regardless of his political motivations.
