@nathanbrammer8471 Personally, I take it that cherry picking evidence is almost a given by anyone seeking to prove their case. I don't have a set view on climate change if I'm honest, but I'm interested to hear the arguments and don't believe that people should be censored or muzzled for daring to question the prevailing narrative. The main thing here is that these views are out there, particularly for people like you to pick apart with your own arguments and evidence.

In a democratic, open society you're fully entitled to your view and the main thing here is that you're free to express it. Long may it remain so. What will be interesting though is whether this interview with Mr Moore is afforded the same courtesy 'going forward'.

Specific language is indeed important here, as Patrick says. Like everything nowadays nuance has been lost (or has it been deliberately buried) and along with that it seems so has the actual truth. Pollution, over exploitation of finite natural resources and wanton long term environmental destruction in search of short term profit are undeniable and can depressingly be seen with our own eyes all over the world. Human driven, irreversible, apparently cataclysmic climate 'change' is something else entirely and the fact that it is a narrative that is being used wholesale to drive massive social, political and economic change globally and that it can no longer be openly challenged almost anywhere in the mainstream media is the truly worrying thing here.

@lisalph8922 I only did a cursory search, but that sure as hell is weird ain't it? Glad you couldn't either. Nothing, nada not a sausage. Just close ups and pictures with mountains behind which, as Moore points out, have no business being in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Happy to be corrected, but whether you're a climate sceptic or not, it's quite clear that people seriously need to stop automatically believing what they're told all the time.
