  2. Great discussion, but his point about the health based economic justification for lockdown simply doesn't hold water. Sure people with chronic health conditions can still continue to work, but a good many didn't and still don't because of covid and covid lockdowns have absolutely annihilated certain sectors of the otherwise healthy economy with all the associated mental stresses that come with that. By the same token a well functioning health service cannot exist without a well functioning economy. Period. Not to judge the tunnel vision of this clearly sincere, well meaning man, but to me it only goes to prove that if all you've got is a hammer then everything looks like a nail.
