Of course Israel has nuclear weapons. It's the worst kept open secret in history. Some of its own politicians have admitted as such over the years. Including one recently in the act of threatening Palestinians with total annihilation after October 7th. Israel's Heritage Minister Amichai Eliyahu was suspended indefinitely after he said in an interview that dropping a nuclear bomb on the Gaza Strip was “one of the possibilities,” according to Politico. If it did officially admit to having them though it would have to be subject to all the Western led inspections and treaties, including NPTs, that would be required of it in order to remain in the Western fold. Technically then, western countries shouldn't be dealing with it nevermind funding it copiously and selling it the very best of its weaponry and technologies, but this 'three wise monkeys' approach allows all current vested interests their chance to have their cake and eat it.
