  1. How can you, essentially within the last three weeks, start to have trade frictions that didn't exist prior to that in any meaningful way? Stock pictures of backed up lorries for the hard of thinking don't quite cut it. I'm in the fruit and veg business and this is an acute problem and hasn't been a chronic one before so what gives? First there IS a shortage, according to Spain due to wacky weather and then there isn't. Both cannot be true. Is there more to this than meets the eye perhaps?
