  1. Yep. The Somewheres vs the Anywheres and the Anywheres won. It's no surprise that we've apparently grown steadily wealthier as a country, but that wealth creation has been being steadily concentrated at the top and the alleged benefits not felt by those at the bottom. Quite the reverse in fact. This is why GDP is such a disingenuous metric of growth. Designed to hide much more than it shows.
