Not that Biden is but Ronald Reagan was hardly a great steward of the US economy. 1980 was the beginning when US government debt levels took off like a rocket, off shoring became the norm and there was a massive upward wealth transfer. The biggest boom was in ingrained, widening wealth inequality. Who's this guy trying to kid?
