Putin's been indicted for war crimes by the ICJ for removing kids from Ukrainian war zones to Russia and yet CretinYahoo gets to kill thousands of Gazan children, target their hospitals, churches, schools and effectively starve them to death and yet the ICJ hums and haws?? That's a big fat FO from me.

  2. The ICC is an obvious tool of US Foreign Policy as and when it suits and yet it itself refuses to be subject to its jurisdiction. I think the vague reason often cited is that it undermines its own sovereignty (obviously) but the ugly truth is that if it did its constant active pursuit of aggressive often illegal foreign policies would lay it and American individuals open to prosecution by other members of the global community.
