  1. The right to organise and withdraw your labour is a mark of any civilised society. Markets don't just apply to capital as some like to believe.

  2. Most of the aid sent by the US (and others) has been in the form of arms and nobody really knows where most of this is going. Also, is any of this 'aid' expected to be paid back by Ukraine in the future one wonders? The US needs to be mighty careful, unless that's it aim of course, that it doesn't repeat the same mistakes it made in Afghanistan and Iraq whereby it creates its own and the West's future monsters.
