  1. Just as with Brexit, it's bitterly ironic how when people use existing established democratic means to express their opinions - whether you agree with them or not - they are labelled as extremist and, in the case of the AfD, threatened with censure.

  2. It is weird how we're constantly being told on the one hand we need more workers regardless because of aging populations and on the other that there won't be enough jobs for people due to AI. One can't help but get the overriding feeling the great unwashed are being played sometimes.

  3. I've started calling anyone who disagrees with or irks me in the slightest 'a Nazi'. Even, on occasion, my cat. Bit extreme maybe, but the word, like the term 'far right', has become so overused and abused now as to become meaningless so I'm doing my small bit to 'take it back'.
