  2. I think the taboo subjects and inappropriate conversations in private encounters in part performs a vital function in affirming 'trust' between two individuals or within a group. The very fact that subject matter is generally considered socially unacceptable helps to confirm the bond with all parties aware that what is being said isn't being said and meant in all seriousness and will not go beyond the bounds of the context of where it is being said without shared consent.

  4. To be fair this was a case that she was unwise to bring in the first place, but overall it demonstrates yet another nail in the coffin of the British legal system. I'd hate to be thrown upon its mercies I must admit.
