  2. This is a general point but based on personal experience. I would agree that big tech - sites like FB, Quora, YouTube, Google - certainly seems to protect these psychopathic types online and not just through affording them their alleged anonymity to sow their bile. Big tech seems comfortable taking down checkable entirely factually accurate statements for example whilst leaving clear falsehoods up propagated by these psychopathic types. Similarly, abusive statements made by them that often result in a similarly robust response can result in that response being removed under the claim that user policies haven't been followed whilst the original comment, bizarrely, remains untouched. It seems quite clear to me that there is a tacit aim on their part to reinforce a certain narrative and support those who propagate it regardless.
