  1. Poor 20 year old lad out near Canberra recently attacked by a dog. Face savaged around mouth and nose and 100 stitches required. Horrific and hugely upsetting for him and his family. Due to see a plastic surgeon in nearby Canberra for vital consultation. Guess what? Can't. Canberra just gone into lockdown. A victim of covid? No.... Not officially anyway.
