Of course the US blew up NS2. It was, in effect, an act of war and one which would help cripple the German economy. Condoleeza Rice said, ironically in an interview with German TV in 2014, that the US intended to end Europe's dependence on cheap Russian energy. The clips still there and it's no mystery. The US sponsored a coup in Ukraine in 2014, overthrew its internationally recognised democratically elected leader and supported the Ukrainian state's low level war in the Russian speaking regions from that point onwards. A war which led to Putin's invasion in 2022. It's not up for debate. The facts are there for anyone who cares to see.
