  1. Cherry picking America's Constitution has become the American media's new hobby. The First Amendment is supposedly inviolable, unless you're on the pro-Zionist left or right apparently. 'Hate speech', or what you personally deem to be hate speech, is protected under the First Amendment whether you're Murdoch's Fox News, CNN or anyone else in fact. Don't like it? Then overturn your Constitution.
