One of the major reasons the US has such a big military and maintains such a huge nuclear arsenal is that they are its ultimate insurance policy on these apparently neverending IOUs going t!ts if enough people start asking awkward questions. Buying the hardworking RoW's tangibles essentially in exchange for endless bits of worthless US paper is a mighty sweet deal by most people's reckoning but Trump somehow managed to convince enough people in US that the country was being stiffed 😅 Many millions of 'average' Americans are of course, but not by this system as such but by the relatively tiny minority of wealthy Americans who continue to benefit from it making millions and billions in their sleep.

  2. The illegal unprovoked US/Israeli attacks Iran, a BRICS member, sadly inform this. What I'm interested to see is how Russia and China react if Trump starts to involve the US militarily. Also, as other people have mentioned, is the soon to be scrapped Nimitz being lined up à la Gulf Of Tonkin as a false flag?

  6. Trump's major error seems to me to be that he's picking a fight with pretty much everyone at the same time rather than picking countries off one by one or in groups. The US under Trump is isolating itself. Not rational behaviour on the face if it, particularly given the US' ongoing precarious financial position.
