  1. Iran WILL prove to be the West's graveyard if they choose to land troops there. Iranians might well have their own fierce internal differences, but there aren't the same internal 'tribal' differences that allowed Western powers to divide and rule in their confected state of Iraq. They were completely incapable of subduing Afghanistan over decades so why on Earth they imagine an Iran with a highly educated, patriotic population of 90m, many young men, would be a possibility is beyond me. And that's not even factoring in the Chinese and the Russians. This is a fool's errand..and that's being polite.

  3. The US choosing (or not choosing) to use its own strategic reserve of weapons in order to fund their foreign misadventures presents quite a politically sensitive conundrum. Not that US politicians would ever talk about it openly and nor would its complicit media, but they are now effectively rendering the 'Land of the Free' itself arguably more vulnerable in pursuit of their fomented wars in the Ukraine and the Middle East.

Trump's Golden Dome, like Bush's and Obama's Iron Dome before it and like Reagan's Star Wars before even that are all just good ol' American snakeoil deployed in the ongoing imperial US propaganda forever war. The US and Israel's, both signed up members of both, contempt for them is out there for ALL to see.
