You don't need to be a lawyer or scholar to know that the constitution's interpretation or implementation, particularly in this instance, doesn't boil down to how people, nevermind one person, 'feel' about it. She is basing her decision on Section 3 of the 14th US Amendment which would require at the very least for Trump to have been tried and convicted of insurrection. He hasn't. Period. She is acting unconstitutionally ergo anti-democratically and, apparently, with full support from people like you.
