  1. So if we're talking about the rule of law and honouring internationally legally binding agreements can it be said that China has truly honoured its agreement with the UK vis-a-vis Hong Kong?

  2.  @JC-sl7bs  HK was rightly reclaimed from the UK by China subject to the ending of a longstanding, internationally recognised treaty. The terms of the exchange were finely detailed in a signed agreement which was to be honoured by China until 2047. China has not done so. Fin.
