  2. Meanwhile in Portsmouth, Plymouth and Poole there's absolutely no issue with movement and business is booming. Why? Because unlike Dover and Folkestone they don't have a reciprocal customs arrangement with France. James O'brien is a wicked liar, pure and simple.
