  1. This film is two days old and I'm get a wee bit of a revelatory vibe from it rather than a 'everyone knows this is going on', but perhaps I'm unique in that. Hopefully the FT will look into Ireland's role as major tax haven next.

  2.  @patrickinsocal  It's not just Anglophobic it's also pretty daft. My views on the Ukrainian conflict are separate from my view of London as a centre for international money laundering incidentally.. Just because this piece makes a direct link between them it doesn't necessarily make it correct and nor does it mean ALL UK citizens have been complicit and 'have blood on their hands'. The EU, mainly Germany, continues to buy billions of Euros of Russian energy despite sanctions so presumably you'd make the similar claim that Germans and EU citizens 'have blood on their hands'?
