  2. TBTF was the mantra going around after the 2008 GFC. TCTS, Too Crap To Save, in reference to the crypto boom and bust seems more than fair.

  3.  @0ooTheMAXXoo0  Of course it is and then it might start to be able to call itself a serious contender currency rather than merely a speculative asset owned by fewer and fewer people seeking to enrich themselves. Ironically one of the major problems it has, other than its obvious one of provenance, is the very fact that its supply is deliberately limited thereby promoting said speculation.

  6. That's true, but what I find bizarre is the amount of Western governments and institutions prepared to give what is clearly little better than a Ponzi scheme credibility.

So we now know for sure that crypto is the preferred currency of thieves, hackers, fraudsters, drug dealers, child pornographers, pumpers and dumpers and the next greater fools, isn't secure, isn't anonymous and is basically fast becoming 'worth' next to f*ck all, but despite there being literally thousands of iterations it is still the future of money....
