Agreed. We'd all, quite rightly, assume the right to the presumption of innocence until proven guilty, but many seem to think it should only apply to ourselves and those we approve of it seems. 'Justice is blind' for a reason and the use of the word 'arrested' carries with it connotations of guilt. It should have been reported Sturgeon was 'questioned under caution' not 'arrested'.
