  2. In a nutshell the so-called 'culture wars' is a darkly cynical policy of divide and rule. Thus far, it's working like clockwork. Endlessly fixate upon and exploit known differences and potential fissures in order to ensure that the great unwashed masses don't rally around a common cause and unite against a common foe.

  3. Not to deny that there aren't ever deaths in the US at the hands of racist police, but in the George Floyd case race wasn't deemed a factor by the prosecution. It was the media and politicians like Biden who cynically and disingenuously chose to make 'race' front and centre of that prosecution. Chauvin undeniably took someone's life that day, but there was also undeniably an orchestrated establishment attempt to conflate his actions with him being 'a racist'.
