  1. Obama's 2015 Executive Order was most likely predicated on continued US efforts to destabilise the country resulting in more Venezuelan immigrants expected to arrive at the US Southern border. A good many European immigration problems are the direct result of US-led foreign policy decisions designed to destabilise otherwise relatively stable countries. Seriously you could make this sh*t up.
