  1. The western consumer capitalist model is built upon the the bones and enduring suffering of others basically. Both domestically and more widely. It's predicated, despite ANY claims to the contrary, on the economic theory of trickle down. If things start to look dicey just prime the pump and let those with the least broadest shoulders bear the burden of that. Ethically and morally of course its utterly bankrupt and based on an entirely fallacious narrative, but it is one the masses have chosen to believe and accept as their fate.
