  1. My supermarket used to carry minced Bison meat. It was more palatable than beef. More of a natural aroma nutty even fruity and smokey flavor whereas beef meat can taste really like inside a cow farm and farm manure that you have to cover with onion and vegetables. Cannot find it elsewhere. Would choose it everytime over cow meat.
