  1. I disagree with the floating idea to open gates to immigration in the hope that it will improve the economy. It absolutely will not. Europe has done so for 50 years and not only did it not boost the economy in any way but it created many new big problems that didn't exist before : -huge insecurity -crimes -a repression of the native traditions -a climate of loosing one's identity. I think Japan is deceived by the Usa model of immigrants but that model does not work in a country that has a strong cultural identity and ways of being japanese that will not transfer to immigrants. USa has no culture, it's an oligarchy run by a cabalistic financial deep state minority and by big corps. Japan will suffer destruction of its cultural identity if it follows that path. Instead, Japan should open a new type of economy that the world has not known. An economy that does not need constant expansion and growth (which is unsustainable anyway) but keep a high quality of life. To do this, it must focus on essentials which is farming and the production of essential goods, not luxury goods. The government should do a policy of protection against foreign goods and make sure that Japanese who produce essential goods earn a good wage. Also it should limit big exploitations to a maximum of employees so that it does not become a big corp monopoly.
