  1. As a European who has experience with Chinese recruiting tactics i find United statians very very naive. If China wants taiwanese TSMC key employees there is NO limit to how much they are willing to pay each of them and will secretely approach them and these men will get more money than a top engineer whole life income in Cali Sillicon Valley. Nobody will refuse such money unless they feel security concerns. It's almost obvious that TSMC top engineers WILL defect to China and it will only take a few short years before China has stollen all of TSMC's technology meanwhile they WILL also reroute equipment supposedly going to TSMC to China. Americans are so dumb if they don't see this.
