Nobita as a Westerner i have to strongly disagree, in Western eyes this guy has a flawed face crooked mouth and teeth. I was shocked that you call him "extremely attractive" that is definitively a Japanese vs Westerner culture difference. He looks overweight and would not be attractive to the picky western women. In fact he is a bit of a dork looking not a model. But i think his bone structure might be closer to Japanese it's wide with big eyebrow and round face which can explain it. Also his english character would be very annoying to continental Europeans.
