I agree, to this day i only see two ways that subsaharans can live without being a insecurity nuisance and burden to developed civilization. Either in their wild african environment in mud huts and waring stone age tribes OR as they lived as good slaves in New France not to be confused as how they lived under english rule elsewhere. Everything else will be troublesome and a burden and we have seen it for the last 124 years.

@coltonross5414 Allowed but not encouraged . Yes that was a mistake, it lead to problems in Haiti which was a French colony. When the slaves revolted they were lead by mixed black white. It should not be allowed.
