Fuckushima could have been easily avoidable, it was a trivial design mistake and they could built a fuckushima nuclear plant right now by the ocean that would withstand the same tsunami or bigger. Tchernobyl was an old post WWII era plant from the communist system. There are many brilliant nuclear plants that delivered decades of power safely. For example in France Fessenheim: And 70% of France energy is nuclear since WW2. Zero accidents.
