Most likely the intercepting jets did their jobs but the order to shoot down a passenger plane with 200 people in them would have to come from the president and it's there that the time delay and understandable hesitation would have come. Most likely for the twin towers planes the hijacker pilots who trained extensively to fly a plane did an excellent job at flying at very low altitude evading military radars and shutting down all transmitting instruments that would give off their position. This must have caused confusion and delays in the decisions making process. Also even if the army knew the planes were getting close to New York somebody expected the hijackers would land and make political demands to release hostages. Nobody expected they would and especially had the training and ability to crash the planes in the WTC. Remember that this was a first in history. Today it's hard for us to think that way but then, nobody would imagine it. When i first saw it on TV i thought i was a hollywood computer generated effect for a movie that they were toying with as they do on some TV shows. However after the twin towers were hit the plane that hit the pentagon was shot down by jets.

  2. Hahaha what a joke. Usa is not the land of the free. There is less freedom in Usa than most developped countries in the world and that is a fact. The only difference is your brainwashing media have effectively brainwashed you to think so.
