  4. The main problem of China is Han overpopulation. This is the main issue, if that was solved by reducing numbers by 10x then so many problems would go away including this one.

  7. That's a good idea. Then at age 10 every child should have to do another DNA test, that would immediately match all the missing children but not practical in remote agricultural village where children don't even leave the home and work in the field.
