  1. You kind of missed the scope for this video. As a single Man i've felt workplace discrimination as well. The problem is not just older single women but also older single men getting discriminated by corporate rules that give financial and other benefits to married people with children and a total ignorance of the difficulty single people face to balance their lives. They pay daycare for their kids, extra money for their kids school supplies, paying for kids sports clubs or they give free lunches passes for families with children. They are very accomodating to married people's need for romance for extended weekend getaway days off or for mariage birthdays leaving early and getting days off, while single people get no special treatment. And the worst is when they start talking about their wives during work meetings as if everybody has one, it is isolating and alienating for single people. They make company evenings out once or twice a year where employees bring their wives and single people have to make up absentee excuses not to show up at all. I had to lie about having a girlfriend because of not showing up to these events. it's really like a constant prejudice. And you're right they discriminate against single people thinking that they are not as stable for work. They ask inappropriate question even in USa as if it's ok to ask if you have gf if you are not married. Usually that is always married men asking these questions.

  2. It is absolutely outrageous that Chinese women think their parents must be paid s dowry for raising them by a man. Why don't you pay a man for his parents raising him ?? A woman's aging parents can be cared by her. And anyway if you don't want to suppress dowry you will find no man and you will have to go back to your parents and nurse them in old age with no family for you.

  3. The western feminism movement that lead women to think it's better for a woman to live independently like a man and not starting our own family as top priority was a trap. No society needs women to work as much as men, there just isn't enough jobs for women and men. Women must raise children and keep the household. Not seek careers.
