  1. The marriage contract is defunct because it gives too much rights and benefits to women through divorce and is thus a financial liability for men. To bring back mariage the mariage contract needs to give back strong security to men. Given the possibility of a divorce with large compensation many women will try this because it is in their nature to be gold diggers or after they cheat. A woman should not be able to divorce with a compensation, this will take mariage back to a serious romantic relation and not a financial arrangement for regular payment to the woman in exchange for intimacy that is not true love. 1. Women should not be able to divorce, except in cases of physical abuse. 2. Women should be allowed to divorce only with the man's acceptance and shall receive no compensation for it. These rules would restore the fairness of marriage for men. Currently due to the divorce industry and high compensation given to gold diger women who divorce, mariage is unfair to men.
