  7.  @knopkaplay0507  Supply and demand is wild capitalism. It always turns to benefiting a small few that will corrupt politicians with money to pass laws to let them parasite and exploit the masses. I am no marxist but free market is as evil as pure communism. What i am saying is that the state must regulate maximum rental price per year of construction and location. Yes that is state interventionism laws but that is the happy medium that is fair. Also another law must mandate that renters accumulate equity ownership in the property they rent. When the lease ends if they do not renew a new lease then the landlord must pay them the percentage equity they accumulated. In that way a smooth ownership transfer will occur from owner to long term renters. Also landlords cannot evict good payers to avoid that ownership transfer. After say 20 years of renting or when the total paid rents equals 120% the value of the property the ownership transfers is final to the renter. This leaves a profit to the landlord but an end of the renting. This would be very fair and ethical and practical. Landlord parasites that leech of people that toil all their lives essentially stealing their sweat and blood are disgusting.Consider that some renters live in a place that they have paid more rent over than the actual value of the property twice and still paying more rent. This is wrong, they should own it. I understand other problems with such new renting laws. Reducing the incentive to make big fat criminal profit for landlords who will loose interest in buying properties for renting. So the profit should not be eliminated but regulated to make it decent and the ownership transfer law to renters should be enforced. This would make for a better society.
