  1. I got a home modification on 2010. Cost me $4,000 and restarted loan at 2% . Still in the house! They are extremely hard to get! Most people won't pull it off! I highly recommend getting a really experienced attorney! Even then, you'll have to do most the work and still hang on to your sanity!
