  2. As for your find of new cheap homes with no trash on the project site. As a General contractor, when I clean a job site up spic and span, it means Im done ! It may be that the. Builder, headed for the hills and he's just trying to sell , count his losses and not continue building there. If you have interest in buying there, make sure you check out many of the homes very carefully! Make sure that everything is working as it should! Example: I've seen in projects gone bad houses not hooked up to sewer system or connected to septic system....and so on!👍
