My house value dropped $7,100 in the last two days! It's gone up for the last maybe close to 8 months? Anyway , it's on the way down now!

@House_hacker_619 Heck no! I'm in the San Fernando Valley, Ca .. Best place on the planet! Couldn't rent a room for what it cost me to live here!👍

@House_hacker_619 Oh, one more thing! At these inflated, artificial, values.... it would cost some one close to $9,000 a month to live here! These neighborhoods don't warrant that high of a payment for houses built in the 50s!
