  1. I've gone through every recession since 1969! I have bought and sold multiple houses, have been a self employed general Contractor in Los Angeles county since 1976 , have seen people go from six figure income overnight, lose homes, cars, boats, and everything, multiple times! I just laugh when people, and educated people, compare what is going on now with 2008! Experience cannot be replaced with graphs! This flat out nothing like the times before and after 2008! The outcome is going to be devastating, and not like 2008, as this is a global crash and that is why the real estate s acting insanely!!! But most of all... there will be no recovery! ...and I repeat...no recovery!
