  1. I once heard that some hoarders feel that the items actually have feelings so they can’t let them go. They don’t want the items to feel rejected. Also many hoarders begin their hoarding after a traumatic event. That helped me understand their condition better. You have done a truly wonderful thing. Teresa looks happy. 😆
