  2. I met General Honoré when I lived in New Orleans. I was a huge fan. My family lived through Hurricane Katrina and our lives were turned upside down for years. That’s why we live in NE Louisiana now instead of New Orleans. My heart goes out to everyone Helene hit. I wish I could go and help them.
