@RWROW The issue is when it comes to the electoral college. The district values are calculated by headcount, not by the number of US citizens in a given district. Meaning, that if illegals are present in that district, they're inflating the value of it. This has no checks as far as I've seen. As far as the violation concerns here, some places only require a valid driver's license to vote and not every state requires a SSN or State ID in order to get a diver's license, meaning that someone who isn't a citizen could have a license, show it at the polls and vote without actually being a citizen. It's never one obvious thing, it's always a few layers deeper where some loophole happens.

@Keepitmoving2025 The problem is that while their are good voter registration laws, not every state enforces them. This is why there's been an order recently put out that requires that all registration laws be enforced nation wide with no exceptions.
